Cost for shipping

Deliveries to the international market (EC)
We invoice shipping, if cost for shipping is more than 10% of net amount. Earlier agreements are kept.

Deliveries to the international market (non EC countries)
On principle, shipping charges are invoiced at cost.

Discounts

Quantity discounts for 1 metre long welding rods: For order volumes from 10 m minimum per rod, we allow a discount of 10%, from 50 m minimum 20%, from 100 m minimum 25%, from 200 m 30%, from 500 m 35% and from 1000 m minimum 40%.
Customer discounts must be in written form and are subject to call, in written form, in a time of two weeks.

Delivery time

Your order will be despatched the following day, at the latest, provided the items ordered are on stock and your order is received before 3:00 p.m. CET.
For rods not available from stock, eight to ten weeks should be allowed for delivery.

Terms of payment

For filler materials and accessory 14 days with a 2% discount or 30 days net are binding. Other terms must be in written form.

Conditional sale

The goods supplied remain the property of the supplier, until payment is received in full. Unless otherwise provided in writing, any order will be ruled exclusively by our Conditions of Sale, which you accept by placing your order with us.
